You can return an item to us within 30 days from the day after you receive it, under our commercial returns policy. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, which it in no way reduces.
Before sending anything, write to us at contact@shoppiva.com, giving your order number, the reason for the return and, where applicable, photos of the product. We will then send you the return address, which depends on the warehouse from which your order was shipped. Never send your parcel to our registered office address.
For a change-of-mind return, the item must reach us in a condition that allows it to be resold, in its original packaging and with all its accessories. In this case, the return costs are your responsibility.
Once the item has been received and checked by our logistics centre, the refund is made within 2 business days to the payment method used for the order. Please then allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. All the conditions are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
