📦 Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 90 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with proof of purchase
- Approved by our support team before returning
⚠️ Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
🔁 What Can Be Returned
- Most items are eligible for return.
- Discounted items are also eligible, under the same return conditions.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
📮 Return Process

- You will receive a Return Form and return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 90 days of purchase.
- Include:
- The item(s)
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
- Return form we provide
Customers will be notified by email once their return has been received and processed.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds only – No store credit or exchange is offered.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A prepaid label is not provided.
📦 Return Address
Items must not be returned without contacting us first.
You will receive the correct return shipping address after your request is approved.

- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused by us are not eligible for refund.
- Return requests without photo proof of damage (if applicable) may be denied.
- Shoppiva reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
